Unfortunately more & more brands invest in marketing rather than improving customer service & building à genuine relationship with customers. You can tell a lot about the brand just by looking at their social media feed & responses below the posts.

I really really like this post. I have a brand that has resisted the urge to buy a 'stock' formula insect repellent and taken the time to register a unique product, made in our own lab with actives and added benefits ( at the cost of a lengthy 2.5 year registration process) Its a constant battle to explain to consumers that our product quality is far superior, way more innovative and only at the extra cost of a couple of £, that is still an incredible bargain. We are a brand with integrity that doesn't want to inflate the price just to reduce it to perceive value.
